This is the iatrogenic C Diff risk, related to current active scheduled medications. Our calculations consider the specific risk that exists for each specific antibiotic and/or protein pump inhibitor as well as the compounding affect that occurs when the patient has been prescribed multiple antibiotics and/or PPIs concurrently.
The fall risk represents the relative risk of falling based on the intake of scheduled sedatives and opioids if aged 65 or greater. Please note, this calculation only considers current scheduled medications. Medications prescribed as PRN are not currently factored in as a part of this fall risk calculation.

IllumiCare calculates the total phlebotomy blood draw that occurs based on the average amount of blood that must be drawn for each test ordered. We do consider other factors in our calculation, for example, when multiple lab tests are ordered at the same time, they may leverage the same blood draw.
Yes! You may filter the labs list on the following three filters:
- Current Encounter - resulted lab tests that were ordered within the patients current encounter
- Within Suggested Interval - resulted lab tests that are still within their suggest testing interval; use this filter to quickly see results for tests that may not need to be reordered (e.g., genetic tests, Hemogobin A1C or Vitamin B12 tests that occurred within the last 90 days)
- Last 30 Days - resulted lab tests that were ordered within the past 30 days
Yes! By clicking on labs you will see the following in the lab detail screen:
- Single component results are displayed with an interactive graph that highlights data as you hover over each test result
- Panel results are shown, and users can compare the latest result to previous results by clicking through the previous tests
- Micro and other more complex results are displayed in report format
- All results now include the following information for each test: accession number, source - site, collection date, resulted date/time, physician of record, and other notes
